I can't quite explain the crazy anticipation feeling we all have from oldest to youngest right now.
So funny to think that this time last year ( I think that way a lot......) we had no idea that there was a little guy in Kyiv who would color our next year.
Last night about 11:30 pm we watched on flight tracker the airplane icon arch over Europe. What a thrill to think about those 30 or so kids in the air-some of them with nervous anticipation of the unknown. Most of them probably. A few like Z with experienced swag! I laughed at the thought. And thru the night the plane and the kids flew while we slept.
We'll post some photos of arrival day this time. Last time we looked like this....

This time there's a gaggle of cousins coming.
It should be quite a day.
If you have time to think about this today as you go about your seasonal preparations, keep the safety of all the kids in mind. And the sanity of the adults bringing them!
We will be hosting one of the chaperones for Christmas- from tonight to the 26th. Can't wait to meet her too!
